You must take all reasonable steps to avoid or minimise any claim. You must act as if You are not insured. 6. You must comply in full with the terms and conditions of this policy before a claim will be paid. Please read this policy carefully, and if unsure as to what is covered or excluded, contact Your Issuing Agent. 9. In the event of an emergency or any occurrence that may give rise to a claim for substantial costs under this insurance, You must contact Us as soon as possible. You must make no admission of liability, offer, promise or payment without Our prior consent. 10.
